Doug joined Bridge Solutions Group in 2011 and has built it into one of the fastest growing supply chain consulting companies, delivering strategy and technology solutions for omni-channel, intelligent fulfillment, and B2B. Doug has over 25 years of global supply chain management and consulting experience, with specialties in order management, warehouse management, and enterprise software strategy. He has worked for some of the leading management and consultancy firms including Sapient, and Coopers & Lybrand. His industry experience spans manufacturing, retail, distribution, and logistics.
Prior to joining Bridge Solutions Group Doug worked for Sterling Commerce, where he was able to turn business problems into successful long-term solutions and relationships. Before this he was a primary strategist for the leading Order Management and Warehouse Management provider formerly known as Yantra.
Yantra was acquired by Sterling Commerce Corporation in 2005, and Sterling Commerce was acquired by IBM in 2010. Doug’s experience makes him one of the foremost experts in the IBM Sterling suite of supply chain solutions.
As the Chief Business Officer, Anthony Jang leads the daily operations and oversees the development and execution of the company’s global growth strategy. Anthony has had a diverse career in the Information Technology (IT) space spanning over 20 years. Prior to Bridge Solutions, Anthony functioned as CEO of iGlobal Group, a leading implementer and business partner of Sterling Commerce software. He began his career as a private software consultant developing a startup to create intelligent algorithms to assist software developers automatically flowchart source code. He has also worked for large Global 500 companies functioning in a variety of roles covering the gamut of IT disciplines. Roles have included Infrastructure architect, e-Business strategist, Enterprise Architect and Program level architectural governance.
Anthony has had experience working on some of the largest object oriented systems in the world and has functioned as a Program Architect for multi-million ($100 million plus) dollar projects. Additionally, he led an effort to utilize Sterling Integrator to consolidate multiple organizations across multiple geographies consolidating various integration platforms into a cohesive architecture. This engagement encompassed thousands of trading partners representing a diverse set of industries. As CBO of Bridge Solutions Group, Anthony works to ensure that the key characteristics of quality, partnership and value are instituted internally within the organization and externally to all of Bridge Solution Group’s customer relationships.
Jim Brochu is a career supply chain professional, and Chief Operating Officer for Bridge Solutions Group, overseeing the consulting operations for the company. He has experience architecting and leading complex, high-impact enterprise supply chain IT and Business projects designed to give immediate value to clients. Jim has a strong pedigree of successful implementations for complex retail and B2B solutions. Prior to co-founding Bridge Solutions Group, Jim helped grow the Supply Chain consulting groups as Marketing Leader and Applications Architect for 2 other boutique Supply Chain IT firms. Jim graduated with a BS in Business Marketing from the University of Maine. Jim is also an avid Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, having achieved his Brown Belt and competed in National Competitions.
Mahesh joined Bridge Solutions Group in 2015 as a Services Leader for the Bridge India team and quickly built a world class delivery organization with best practices from the Supply Chain, Logistics, eCommerce, B2B and CRM domains.
Under his leadership, Bridge India has transformed into a global center of excellence specializing in providing scalable and world class solutions to Fortune 500/Global 1000 companies across the globe. His expertise spans enterprise scale systems and domains encompassing multiple industries such as 3PL, Manufacturing, Distribution and Retail.
Prior to joining Bridge Solutions Group, Mahesh has worked for IBM, Akamai and Sterling Commerce/Yantra. For IBM and Sterling Commerce, his role was that of a Support and Services Leader for multiple product verticals like Configure Price Quote, Order Management, eCommerce and Warehouse Management.
In Akamai, he headed a 24 by 7 support delivery center of excellence with top line responsibilities of running a P&L for support services with high customer satisfaction in the Asia pacific time-zone with multi-lingual support capabilities, mission critical support and high-quality deliverables.
Mahesh started his IT career in 1998 with MN Infotech building a CRM product, the first one on Java based platform. Afterwards he joined Yantra in 1999 as a QA Engineer, then transitioned into Support. Yantra was acquired by Sterling Commerce Corporation in 2005, and Sterling Commerce was acquired by IBM in 2010.
Mahesh’s current role is as Senior Director of Services at Bridge heading solution delivery for Bridge India and reporting to Doug Brochu, CEO, Bridge Solutions Group.
Senthil is a Director with 15+ years of experience spanning operations, services and support. He joined Bridge Solutions Groups in 2014.
His hybrid background enables him to operate at the intersection of strategy and technology. Senthil deploys the right blend of strategic and tactical thinking to solve business problems in culturally impactful and commercially effective ways. He believes in actions more than words.
Comfortable leading and working in both traditional teams and cross-functional teams; he is enjoying his new roles that have enabled him to drive effective collaboration between operations, services and engineering teams. He is our customer satisfaction manager for rest of the world other than US.
Prior to joining Bridge Solutions Group, Senthil worked for Hewlett Packard as a Senior Manager. He has been in various roles such as people manager, project manager and transition manager. He has also been part of spin-off activities.
Anand is a career supply chain professional with over two decades of experience in building, implementing and consulting on logistics and fulfillment practice for fortune 500 customers in 3PL, hi-tech and fashion/retail.
He started his career with Infosys in the Eagle WMS Development team in 1994 which was spun off as a Yantra Corporation. He held several positions in the consulting team at Yantra Corporation before moving back to India to be part of the Yantra India startup team.
Past roles include Architect for customer engagements in US and Europe for Yantra and leadership position in R&D for Sterling in India.
In his current role, he is architecting the next generation supply chain solutions for Bridge Solutions Group.
Former IBM Retail Strategist, Jim Bengier, has over 25 years of retail expertise in omni-channel, forecasting, location management, and executing on the customer promise. His diverse supply chain background includes ecommerce, specialty, discount, mass merchandise, and off-price retailing. As the VP of Fulfillment for BestBuy.com, he designed and implemented one of the earliest ‘buy online, pick up in-store’ processes, which is still in use today. After 8 years at IBM, Jim joined Bridge Solutions Group in 2015. His engagements have included Abercrombie & Fitch, Target, IKEA, Urban Outfitters and Williams-Sonoma.
