Abstract

Let’s begin by recognizing that the success or failure of a ship-from-store initiative rests largely on the shoulders of the 18-year-store associate who will be executing the pick, pack, and ship steps. If she fails to complete those tasks accurately or in a timely manner, it will negatively impact the post- purchase brand experience of the end customer.
